This Site Manager role in Halifax sits within the interior fit out projects division of a leading UK main contractor, working on a major national retail banking framework. Projects range in value from £250,000 to £1.5 million and are fast track. Key responsibilities include ensuring the project is built safely, economically and within agreed timescales whilst delivering quality. Recent experience on banking projects is essential, along with SMSTS, Black Manager's CSCS, 1st Aid and Asbestos Awareness as a minimum. The day rate is £285 to £305. The role

For this particular role you will be working on a major national retail banking framework. Projects will vary in value and will range from £250,000 - £1.5million and will be fast track. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the project is built safely, economically and to the within agreed timescales whilst delivering quality. Prior recent experience of working on banking projects is essential. You must also hold an SMSTS, Black Manager's CSCS, 1st Aid, and Asbestos Awareness as a minimum.
