About this role

This role is for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at a SEN school in Morden, supporting a class of pupils with Autism (ASD) and communication challenges (SLCN). The position starts ASAP on a long-term basis, with scope to go permanent depending on performance, working 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The successful candidate will have at least three months' experience supporting special and additional needs, especially Autism, and SEMH needs with associated behavioural challenges, plus a background or keen interest in Psychology, Mental Health, and Therapeutic Intervention. Pay is £90 to £110 per day.

Job Description

A SEN school in Merton is looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to support a class of pupils with needs inclusive of Autism (ASD) and communication challenges (SLCN).

Position details:

- Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to start ASAP

- Hours are 8:30 am-4:00 pm

The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant will have:
