Surgical Sales Specialist

This Surgical Sales Specialist role covers the North Thames territory, based in Enfield Town, selling a specialist surgical portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats into NHS and private hospitals. The position involves building relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses and procurement teams, and taking ownership of the territory to drive sales within surgical and theatre environments. The salary is £40,000 to £65,000 per annum depending on experience, plus 20% uncapped OTE and a car allowance. Candidates need proven medical device, healthcare or clinical sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a full UK driving licence.

THE ROLE:

Take ownership of the North Thames territory, driving sales across NHS and private hospitals within the surgical and theatre environment.

You'll build relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, nurses, procurement teams and other key stakeholders, selling a specialist portfolio across gynae, colorectal, sutures and haemostats.

The business is entering an exciting period of growth, with a recent acquisition, new distribution partnership and a brand-new product across the women's health and colorectal surgical markets.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales
• Surgical/theatre sales experience advantageous, but not essential
• OR theatre based clinicians looking to move into medical sales considered, including ODPs, scrub nurses and gynae nurses
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with the ability to win and develop accounts
• Full UK driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

• £40,000 - £65,000 basic DOE
• 20% OTE - Uncapped & achievable commission
• Car allowance - -600p/m
