Teaching Assistant

This is a Teaching Assistant role in Lichfield, paid at £100 to £110 per day. The position sits within a pupil referral unit at the primary phase, supporting learners with additional SEMH needs. The successful candidate will act as a dependable mentor, staying composed in challenging situations, and will build strong connections with students, colleagues and families. Applicants should be creative, proactive problem-solvers who can think on their feet and bring learning to life. A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history is preferred, along with a commitment to a long-term placement.
