Temporary Data Administrator

You will support the Project Manager with a busy project, checking incoming photos against the installation plan and identifying discrepancies, reviewing site reports for reported issues, and logging these accurately onto Excel. You will flag issues to the Project Manager or relevant team members, pass information on for action, and keep project records organised and accurate. The role requires good attention to detail, strong organisation, good communication and the ability to work well under pressure while handling a high volume of information.

Our-lovely-client-based-in-Fleet-are-looking-for-a-Temporary-Administrator-to-join-their-team-on-a-temporary-basis.-You-will-be-supporting-the-Project-Manager-with-a-busy-project-they-are-currently-working-on.-

For-this-role-you-will-need-to-have-good-attention-to-detail,-highly-organised,-a-good-communicator-and-able-to-work-well-under-pressure.

Main-Duties

Checking-incoming-photos-to-ensure-they-match-the-installation-plan-and-identifying-any-discrepancies

Reviewing-site-reports-and-checking-for-any-issues-or-problems-that-have-been-reported

Logging-reported-issues-accurately-onto-Excel-and-ensuring-all-information-is-kept-up-to-date

Flagging-any-issues-or-discrepancies-to-the-Project-Manager-or-relevant-team-members

Passing-information-and-updates-over-to-the-relevant-persons-for-action

Keeping-project-records-organised-and-ensuring-information-is-recorded-accurately

Supporting-the-Project-Manager-with-general-administrative-tasks-throughout-the-project

Working-through-a-high-volume-of-information-while-maintaining-a-strong-level-of-accuracy

Following-project-processes-and-ensuring-all-tasks-are-completed-within-required-timescales
