About this role

This is a Warehouse Operator role based in Grangemouth, paying £13.01 per hour during the training period and £14.40 per hour on completion of training. Working hours are Monday to Friday across early, back and rotational shifts. The position involves receiving, checking, sorting and storing incoming goods, as well as picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch. The successful candidate will load and unload vehicles safely, move stock throughout the warehouse, and work towards daily productivity and accuracy targets. Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping, following site procedures, and supporting colleagues within the warehouse team are all essential.

Pay: -13.01 per hour - Training Period / -14.40 per hour - On Completion of Training
Hours: Monday to Friday - Early Shift 6am - 2pm / Back Shift 2pm - 10pm / Rotational

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.



Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, sort and store incoming goods
  • Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Move stock throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment
  • Work towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
  • Follow site procedures and safe working practices at all times
  • Support colleagues and work effectively as part of the warehouse team
  • Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or similar environment is desirable, although transferable skills will be considered
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and orders
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and site procedures
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Reliable with a consistent work history demonstrating dependability
  • Experience using warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential as training may be provided
