Administration Assistant
Loughborough | andpound;Competitive | 12-month contract
Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our client based in Loughborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a scientific background to develop their career within a highly regulated, international environment.
The Role
Youandrsquo;ll support regulatory activities across international markets, helping to ensure products meet the required global regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
andbull; Compiling and maintaining technical and regulatory documentation
andbull; Reviewing regulatory requirements across international markets
andbull; Supporting regulatory submissions and product registrations
andbull; Assisting with product lifecycle management from initial registration through to post-market activities
andbull; Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Suppliers and Quality Assurance teams
andbull; Supporting product launches while maintaining existing regulatory approvals
andbull; Managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met
andbull; Working with regulatory databases and submission systems
About You
Weandrsquo;re looking for someone with:
andbull; A Bachelorandrsquo;s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
andbull; Strong written and verbal communication skills
andbull; Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
andbull; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
andbull; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
andbull; The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
andbull; A customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
andbull; The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in regulatory submissions, documentation management or regulatory databases would be advantageous, although candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
Additional qualifications in Quality Management or Regulatory Affairs would be beneficial.
