Assistant Site Manager andndash; Industrial New Build
Location: Heathrow
Salary: andpound;35,000 andndash; andpound;45,000 + Package

Our client is an established and growing main contractor with a strong track record delivering industrial and logistics developments throughout the UK.

They are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a major new-build industrial/logistics project in the Heathrow area.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and wider delivery team, gaining exposure to all aspects of a major industrial development and playing an important role in the coordination and delivery of the works.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Monitoring programme, progress and quality
• Assisting with site logistics and sequencing
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with health andamp; safety requirements
• Conducting inspections and maintaining site records
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team
• Supporting the project through to successful completion

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor
• Main contractor experience preferred
• Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial new-build experience
• Experience of steel frame construction advantageous
• Good knowledge of construction processes
• CSCS and relevant construction qualifications
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
