BIM Coordinator - London

The Role

We understand this is a hands-on BIM coordination and Information Management position, suited to someone with strong Revit/BIM experience who enjoys working closely with project teams, consultants and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help implement BIM processes, coordinate project information and resolve issues to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting BIM coordination across projects.
• Implementing BIM Execution Plans and Information Management processes.
• Working with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and ensuring information is structured correctly.
• Coordinating architectural, structural and MEP information.
• Reviewing models and identifying potential clashes and coordination issues.
• Managing and tracking design issues through to resolution.
• Ensuring naming conventions, information standards and project deliverables are maintained.
• Supporting project teams with BIM documentation, information audits and technical coordination.
• Communicating effectively with consultants, contractors, clients and internal teams.
• Contributing to improved digital delivery processes and the consistent management of project information.
