Location : GU35: Bordon Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm andamp; Saturday, 8.00am-2.30pm Temporary: 2-3 months initially

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisationandnbsp; who are looking for an experienced Cafandeacute; Manager to join the team on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.
andnbsp;
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the cafandeacute;, making sure customers receive great service and the cafandeacute; is running smoothly.
andnbsp;
The initial role is expected to last around 2-3 months. There is the potential for a permanent position for the right person, although this cannot be guaranteed.

The role of Cafandeacute; Manager will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the cafandeacute;
• Leading and supporting staff and volunteers
• Preparing and serving food and drinks
• Using a professional coffee/barista machine
• Helping with menus, specials and new food ideas
• Ordering stock and managing suppliers
• Keeping on top of stock levels and minimising waste
• Cashing up and keeping accurate financial records
• Making sure food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained
• Managing rotas and making sure the cafandeacute; is appropriately staffed
• Providing a friendly and welcoming service to customers
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues
• Supporting volunteers and helping with training
• Keeping the cafandeacute; clean, safe and well presented
• Helping promote the cafandeacute; through social media, signage and other activities
• Supporting community events and activities where required

• Previous cafandeacute;, hospitality or catering management experience
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health andamp; safety
• Experience preparing food and making hot drinks
• Barista experience
• Good customer service skills
• Experience supervising or supporting a team
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Experience with stock ordering and suppliers
• Good attention to detail and financial awareness
• A friendly, approachable and positive attitude
