Job Description

We are recruiting for a Cleaner to join our client, a UK leading engineering andamp; manufacturing company on nights shift. This role is based at their top class facilities inandnbsp;Hixon, Staffordshire.andnbsp;This is a long-term ongoing role.

Cleaner key job details:

• Night shift, Monday to Friday,andnbsp;18:00 to 02:30 (other hours can be considered, for example 18:00 to 23:00 or 18:00 to 00:00).
• andpound;15.89ph, weekly pay
• Long term work
• Training provided

Cleaner job responsibilities:

• Cleaning of offices, toilets, keeping engineering and manufacturing areas, and around the machinery clean
• Using vacuum cleaners, mops, and other cleaning equipment
• Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly
• Assisting with spillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within an efficient time frame, to prevent accidents and ensure site and staff safety
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are complied with

Cleaner person specification:

• Previous experience within a Cleaner role is required. Ideally, this will be in an engineering, manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment.
• Ideally, you will have your own transport (car or motorbike) due to the location of the work
• Good English skills
• Have a proactive approach to your work
