Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7RG andndash; Office-based
Salary: Competitive, DOEandnbsp;
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, based at our Alfreton headquarters

Join Mobility in Motion (MiM) and play a key role in helping customers maintain their independence through innovative vehicle adaptations and mobility solutions.
We are looking for a Customer Product Assessor andndash; Mobility Solutions to join our Central Sales Team at our Alfreton headquarters.
This is a fully office-based role, where youand#39;ll work alongside experienced colleagues, product specialists and our wider customer engagement team. Youand#39;ll use video calls, online demonstrations and telephone consultations to understand each customerand#39;s individual requirements and recommend the most suitable mobility solution.
This is not traditional, high-pressure sales. Itand#39;s a consultative customer role, where youand#39;ll build trust, provide expert guidance and help customers make an important decision with confidence.

A Day in the Life
No two customer conversations are the same.
Youand#39;ll speak with customers by telephone and video, taking the time to understand their lifestyle, requirements and circumstances before recommending the most appropriate mobility solution.
Youand#39;ll demonstrate products virtually, answer questions, manage enquiries from initial contact through to order completion and provide follow-up support.
Youand#39;ll also work closely with colleagues across the business, including field-based demonstrators and installers, to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience.

What Youand#39;ll Be Doing
andbull; Conduct engaging online product demonstrations and virtual assessments, helping customers identify the most suitable mobility solution
andbull; Build strong customer relationships and manage enquiries from initial contact through to successful order completion and follow-up
andbull; Provide knowledgeable, consultative advice while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
andbull; Understand individual customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
andbull; Support the wider Customer Engagement Team with administration, customer records, account management and ongoing sales activity
andbull; Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey
andbull; Continuously develop your product knowledge through structured training, site visits and collaboration with field-based demonstrators and installers
andbull; Contribute to continuous improvement across the customer experience and sales process
What Weand#39;re Looking For
Weand#39;re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and can build rapport with customers both over the phone and through video calls.
Youand#39;ll ideally have:
andbull; Experience in customer service, consultative sales, account management, customer engagement or another customer-facing environment
andbull; Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of customers
andbull; Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs before recommending an appropriate solution
andbull; Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
andbull; A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
andbull; Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
andbull; A willingness to learn and develop detailed product knowledge
andbull; The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, office-based team
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

andbull; Mobility or assistive technology
andbull; Healthcare
andbull; Vehicle adaptations
andbull; Consultative sales
andbull; Technical or specialist product sales

This position is based at our Alfreton headquarters and is not a hybrid or remote role.
