About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the public face of Motofix, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience throughout their repair journey. You will provide friendly and professional support, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.


andnbsp;Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement andndash; Provide a professional and welcoming andlsquo;meet and greetandrsquo; service to customers.
  • Booking andamp; Scheduling andndash; Schedule vehicle repair bookings, ensuring smooth workflow management.
  • Guiding Customers andndash; Assist customers through the repair claims process, providing clear and reassuring guidance.
  • System Updates andndash; Maintain accurate records in repair management systems to track progress and customer interactions.
  • Payment Processing andndash; Handle insurance excess payments, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.
  • Telephone andamp; Digital Enquiries andndash; Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Upselling andndash; Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, enhancing customer value and business revenue.


About You

You have a positive and outgoing personality, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering excellence. You are confident in dealing with people at all levels and take pride in ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve processes and service delivery.

  • 5 yearsand#39; experience in a customer-facing role would be preferred.
  • Experience in an automotive background would be advantageous.andnbsp;

Salary: Up to andpound;33,000 per annum (Inc Saturday Rota Payments)
Contracted Hours: 45 hours per week plus 1:3 Saturday morningsandnbsp;
Attended Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-17:00andnbsp;
