Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
• Undertaking a wide variety of Commercial Valuations
• Advising clients on Landlord andamp; Tenant matters
• Building and developing strong client relationships
• Delivering high-quality professional advice across an established portfolio
• Supporting the continued growth and future direction of the business

About You

Weand#39;re looking to speak with experienced Commercial Surveyors who can demonstrate:

• Strong Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
• Registered Valuer status
• A proven track record handling commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• A commercially minded, proactive approach
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
