Maintenance Electrician
Location:andnbsp;Hull, Doncaster andamp; Leeds
Salary:andnbsp;Up toandnbsp;andpound;40,000
Hours:andnbsp;Monday to Friday | 7:00am andndash; 4:00pm (Flexible)
Weand#39;re recruiting for an experiencedandnbsp;Maintenance Electricianandnbsp;to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious distribution contract covering Hull, Doncaster and Leeds.
Thisandnbsp;Maintenance Electricianandnbsp;role offers a great mix of planned and reactive work, a self-managed diary and the opportunity to work across modern commercial facilities with excellent overtime opportunities.
The Role
As aandnbsp;Maintenance Electrician, youand#39;ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the portfolio, including:
- Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- L8 compliance inspections
- Fault finding on lighting, power and socket circuits
- Minor plumbing and general fabric repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards
What Weand#39;re Looking For
- Qualifiedandnbsp;Maintenance Electrician
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
