Employment Solicitor - Regional Law Firm - Leeds

Fully Remote - 1-2 days a MONTH in the Leeds Office

Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a respected and forward-thinking regional law firm?

Our client, a well-established and growing regional firm with a strong reputation for high-quality legal services, is seeking an Employment Solicitor with circa 5 years' PQE to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You'll act for a diverse client base including SMEs, large corporates, and individual clients across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on a full range of employment law issues

• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings

  andnbsp;

• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

  andnbsp;

• Supporting corporate colleagues with employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions

  andnbsp;

• Delivering client training and contributing to business development

  andnbsp;

About You:

We're looking for an Employment Solicitor who can hit the ground running and add value to a thriving team. Ideally, you will have:

• Around 5 years' PQE in employment law

  andnbsp;

• A strong grasp of both contentious and advisory work

  andnbsp;

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  andnbsp;

• A proactive and client-focused approach
