You already know recruitment. You know how to build a desk, pick up the phone, win business and make placements.

So, what if your next move gave you the chance to do all of that with a warm desk, more support, more opportunity and plenty of room to progress?

Weandrsquo;re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Teachers UK team in the East Midlands, working across the Secondary education market.

And honestly, this isnandrsquo;t about starting again.

Youandrsquo;ll be stepping into a warm desk with an established market and the opportunity to take it further.

What could your next move look like?

Youandrsquo;ll have the opportunity to really make the desk your own.

Youandrsquo;ll be building on existing relationships, developing new business, growing your candidate network and looking for opportunities to take the desk to the next level.

Youandrsquo;ll have ownership of your market, but youandrsquo;ll also have the wider Operam team around you. You wonandrsquo;t be expected to figure everything out on your own.

Youandrsquo;ll be:

• Taking ownership of an established, warm Secondary desk
• Developing existing school relationships and winning new business
• Growing your candidate network
• Managing your own pipeline and revenue
• Negotiating rates and closing deals
• Building on existing opportunities rather than starting from scratch
• Working towards clear targets and being rewarded for your results
• Having the opportunity to grow your desk and progress your career

Who are we looking for?

Someone who knows recruitment and wants more from their next move.

You might already be working in education recruitment, or you could be an experienced consultant from another recruitment market.

Either way, we want someone who is:

• Commercially minded
• Confident speaking to clients and candidates
• Motivated by success and earning potential
• Comfortable with business development
• Hungry to progress
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
