Finance Business Partner

Job Description

A well-established organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its Leeds-based finance team.

This is a commercially focused opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and using financial insight to influence business performance and decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional financial reporting and play a genuine part in supporting commercial decision-making.

You will have exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute to business planning and profitability initiatives, and play an active role in improving financial and operational performance.

To be considered for the role, youandrsquo;ll require the following essentials:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner or in a commercially focused finance position
• Strong commercial awareness andamp; an ability to understand andamp; communicate key business drivers
• Experience analysing financial information andamp; translating it into meaningful commercial insight
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders andamp; providing constructive challenge
• Experience with forecasting, financial modelling andamp; business planning
• Strong communication, presentation andamp; stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work effectively within a complex organisation andamp; build relationships across different teams
• A proactive, commercially minded andamp; service-focused approach
• Experience within professional services or another complex commercial environment would be advantageous!

Within this position, youandrsquo;ll also be:

• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Providing insightful analysis of financial performance and key KPIs
• Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency andamp; commercial performance
• Supporting working capital performance, including billing, WIP andamp; debt management
• Providing financial modelling andamp; analysis to support forecasting andamp; business planning
• Supporting pricing decisions, tenders, profitability reviews andamp; business cases
• Producing clear financial andamp; commercial commentary to support effective decision-making
• Supporting andamp; delivering finance projects, process improvements andamp; systems developments
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders across a complex organisation
• Providing constructive financial challenge andamp; helping stakeholders understand the commercial impact of decisions

Salary andamp; Working Hours

Salary is andpound;45,000 - andpound;55,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Working Hours are Full Time, Monday - Friday
