Finance Manager

Job Description

My client are looking for a Finance Manager who has experience preferably from within or had experience in the Construction andamp; Hospitality Industry and has a andlsquo;Can Do Attitudeandrsquo; with the capability in being responsible for Costings - Purchasing andamp; Budgets in various departments.

Key Accountabilities:
andbull; Prepare departmental monthly accounts
andbull; Cost Control over all departments of the business
andbull; Valuing andamp; checking purchase orders
andbull; Raising purchase orders
andbull; Performing commercial analysis for senior management
andbull; Maintain supplier database
andbull; Analysis of trade creditors
andbull; Dealing with any incoming queries

Additional Requirements That Would Be an Advantage To The Candidates
andbull; An appropriate qualification such as CIMA or AAT (Level 3)
andbull; Strong Excel skills are a pre-requisite of this role and are essential
andbull; Commercial acumen
andbull; High degree of accuracy and motivation
andbull; Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team and have drive and ambition to succeed
andbull; Flexibility - working across all areas of business
