Job Description

FM General Manager - Higher Education - West London - salary to -80k plus package

Based predominantly from the main campus in Ealing, however you will also have responsibility for two satellite sites in Reading and Oxford. You will need to have operated at GM level or equivalent for this large contract worth -8m per year. You will have had senior level experience of managing Hard FM and also have an understanding of managing soft FM. The overall relationship with the client a good, however this remains a challenging role which is 8 years into a 10 year contract with retender happening in 2028.
