The successful Achievement Director of Performing Arts will:

andmiddot; Be able to lead and manage the Drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning

andmiddot; Be dedicated to raising the achievement of all pupils through high standards and expectations

andmiddot; Be able to work as part of a vibrant and energetic team

andmiddot; Provide a positive and effective learning environment for all pupils

andmiddot; Inspire, challenge and motivate learners across Years 7andndash;13

andmiddot; Promote the school ethos across the whole school

andmiddot; Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships

andmiddot; Strong leadership and organisational skills
