**About This Role**

We are looking for a female Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 support to a 4-year-old boy in his family home.

He has cerebral palsy, global developmental delay and is non-verbal.

Weandrsquo;re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for working with children, who is happy to get down on the floor, play and really engage with him.

He enjoys watching Peppa Pig, playing with sensory toys and spending time on his play mat, where he loves kicking and rolling around. He also enjoys spending time at home with his family.

Youandrsquo;ll need to be caring, attentive and switched on, with a fun and engaging approach to provide positive 1:1 support and help him enjoy his time at home.

**Clinical Experience**

Previous experience supporting adults with complex clinical needs is essential.

The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:

**Essential Requirements**

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

* Have a minimum of 3 monthsand#39; paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.

* Have the right to work in the UK*

* Be committed to delivering safe,andnbsp;compassionateandnbsp;andandnbsp;child-centred care.andnbsp;

* Be willing to completeandnbsp;client-specific, clinicalandnbsp;training whereandnbsp;required.andnbsp;

* Hold a full UK drivers Licence with access to own vehicle.
