Weandrsquo;re growing the team at IP-People and looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us in Bristol.

You donandrsquo;t need recruitment experience.

Weandrsquo;re looking for hunger, grit, personality and drive. Someone commercially ambitious who wants to learn, earn well and eventually build a successful recruitment desk of their own.

As aandnbsp; Junior Recruitment Consultant, youandrsquo;ll join a small, growing team with 1-to-1 training and hands-on support from experienced recruiters from day one.

Longer term, youandrsquo;ll take ownership of your own specialist market across MSP, Professional Services and Digital Transformation, building client and candidate relationships and developing a desk you can genuinely call your own.
