Location: Thrapston
Salary: -25,070.80 - -25,331.46 per annum
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Simply Education are working with a specialist education setting in Thrapston who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This role combines classroom support with pastoral mentoring, giving you the opportunity to support students both academically and personally.

You'll work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support learners with additional needs and help create a positive, inclusive environment. You'll also build strong relationships with students, provide emotional support and help them develop their confidence, wellbeing and independence.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in an education or similar setting
• Understanding of SEN and/or alternative provision
• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, supportive and engaging approach
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, wellbeing and inclusion
