Lodge Porter

Weandrsquo;re recruiting for a Lodge Porter to join a busy and welcoming team based at an established Oxford organisation.

Working from the Lodge, youandrsquo;ll be the first point of contact for visitors, students and guests, providing excellent customer service while also helping to maintain the security and safety of the site.

The role will include:

• Welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries
• Monitoring CCTV and site security
• Managing keys, access cards and visitor parking
• Patrolling the grounds and responding to incidents
• Supporting with deliveries, room set-ups and general porter duties
• Acting as a point of contact for emergencies and out-of-hours issues

Weandrsquo;re looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented and confident communicating with people, with good IT skills and a strong customer service approach.

An SIA licence is required for the role, but if you donandrsquo;t currently hold one, you must be willing to undertake the licence - fully funded by the company.

Hours: 6.30amandndash;6.30pm, 4 days on / 4 days off, including weekends and bank holidays.
