Multi Trader

Job Description

As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a variety of general maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, working independently or as part of a small team on both resdiential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help bring materials to and from site
• Securely install steels
• Complete brick and block-work to a high-standard
• Painting and decorating to a high standard
• Working from job sheets/schedules and completing paperwork accurately
• Ensuring all work meets health andamp; safety standards
• Liaising professionally with clients/tenants on site

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Handyperson across several disciplines
• Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ or time-served) an advantage
• Valid CSCS card (preffered not essential)
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
