Payroll Advisor

Job Description

Our client is a large services based in Newcastle, as part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for processing payroll as part of large team working as part of a financial shared service environment under the Global Payroll lead and Deputy Payroll manager.

Responsibilities

• High volume payroll Processing
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments
• First line for queries as well as managing day to day issues that arise
• Strong excel skills
• Pervious exposure to payroll
• Ability to deal with a fast paced working environment

Requirements

• In depth UK payroll experience including reconciliation
• International experience advantageous but not essential
• Advantage having Shared service experience, multi site or multi client experience
• Good working knowledge of current payroll legislation
• The ability to work flexibly according to the changing needs of a busy office
• Cloudpay or Oracle system knowledge advantageous
