Plumber Multi-Trade Operative - Responsive Repairs

Location: Worcester
Salary: -2123 ph (CIS or Umbrella)
Benefits: Company van and fuel card included
Contract: Temporary to permanent

Think Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Association in Worcester. We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to complete responsive repairs in occupied social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.

• Diagnose and repair leaks, taps, toilets, basins, waste pipes and other plumbing fittings.

• Replace faulty fittings and test repairs to ensure everything is working correctly.

• Undertake basic carpentry repairs to doors, locks, handles and kitchen units.

• Complete patch plastering and minor making-good work following repairs.

• Communicate professionally with tenants and keep work areas clean and safe.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience completing plumbing repairs and maintenance.

• Experience working in social housing or occupied properties.

• Competent in plumbing, basic carpentry and patch plastering.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.

• NVQ or Candamp;G Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
