Project Manager

-65K + 25 days holidays. Typically factory based.

My client is an established global manufacturer of engineered-to-order HVAC andamp; fire suppression solutions.

We invite applications from Project Managers with Building Services or industrial engineering PM experience

The Role

• You will primarily be accountable for a major customer as the single point of contact, and occasional ad-hoc projects
• Customer facing
• Maintaining project schedules are key to this role
• Working with key internal and external stakeholders to gain commitment to deliver; procurement, production, test, customer, supply-chain
• Project Management and Project Engineering - organise planning/programming of the project
• Cost control and interim/final accounts
• Prepare procurement plan
• Project control including RFIs, Variations, Delays, Preparation of Oandamp;M manuals, raising monthly claims/invoices
• Attend design meetings with clients and carry out a site visits periodically
• Design risk assessment and produce RAMS

Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between (Apply online only), lunchtime finish Fridays

You

• Several years project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing capacity
• degree/HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, alternatively Business Administration
• AMP/PMP, Prince2 certified
• Super organised, ability to work autonomously reporting to a remote line manager
