Project Manager roles and responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, quality and commercial targets are achieved.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact on project delivery.
• Oversee health andamp; safety compliance, project reporting and risk management.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure works are delivered to the highest standard.

Project Manager requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within the construction, fit-out or refurbishment sectors.
• Strong understanding of programme management, budgeting and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple packages and subcontractors on site.
• Relevant industry qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are desirable.
• Must Travel or Lodge away across the UK.
