QUANTITY SURVEYOR

SOUTH LONDON

Salary: Up to andpound;70,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus

Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Special Projects division of an established Main Contractor, working on an exciting fire cladding replacement project in South London.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on a specialist project while joining a business that offers genuine long-term career progression.

About You

Iandrsquo;m keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally with a background in:

• Refurbishment / fit-out
• Cladding / faandccedil;ade / remediation
• Specialist projects
• Commercial management
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts

You donand#39;t necessarily need to have worked specifically on cladding remediation andmdash; strong Main Contractor QS experience and the right commercial mindset are key.

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor with an established Special Projects operation and experience across refurbishment, structural alterations and cladding replacement.
