The shift pattern is 3 x 8pm to 8amandnbsp;(plus Handover) including alternative weekends.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE andamp; QUALIFICATIONS

andmiddot; RGN with active PIN number

andmiddot; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

andmiddot; Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group

andmiddot; Satisfactory DBS Check

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

andmiddot; Ensure that Clientsandrsquo; Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines andamp; Company policy.

andmiddot; Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Companyandrsquo;s procedure and NMC guidelines.
