The ideal candidate will:

• Holdandnbsp;Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)andnbsp;(essential)
• Haveandnbsp;at least 6 monthsandrsquo; experienceandnbsp;teaching in a UK Secondary School (essential)
• Be a committed and engaging classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupils
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability across different age groups and abilities
• Be open to new ideas, flexible, and a great team player
