Working Site Foreman / Site Manager andndash; Retail andamp; Commercial Fit Out

Duration:andnbsp;6 months
Location:andnbsp;Nationwide andndash; mainly London, South andamp; South West
Rate: andpound;280 - andpound;310/shift depending on location

We are looking for an experiencedandnbsp;Working Site Foreman / Site Managerandnbsp;to join our team on aandnbsp;6-month retainer basis, overseeing retail and commercial fit-out projects.

Projects will generally run forandnbsp;4andndash;8 weeksandnbsp;and will mainly involveandnbsp;internal fit-out works.

We are looking for someone who is confident running a site, managing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health andamp; safety and quality, but who is alsoandnbsp;hands-on and willing to get stuck inandnbsp;when required.

Between projects, you will be expected to support other areas of the business, includingandnbsp;snagging, general supervision, helping on the tools and assisting on other projects.

Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness
• Previous experience in retail/commercial fit-out
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel nationwide

Aandnbsp;multi-skilled background, particularlyandnbsp;joinery or dry lining, would be an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for someoneandnbsp;reliable, practical and proactive, who can take ownership of a project and represent the business professionally on site.
