Site Manager (Facade)

Job Description

Artisan Recruitment are looking for a Facade Site Manager for a project in Central London. The SM-will be managing facade-A site manager for facade leak investigations and remediation oversees daily site operations, fault diagnosis, and repair works to ensure the building envelope is weather-tight, safe, and compliant.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leak Investigation andamp; Diagnostics: Coordinate diagnostic testing (such as hose or spray testing) to identify the precise root cause of water penetration through curtain walling, rainscreen, windows, or render.-

• Repair Execution: Supervise remedial works including sealant replacement, flashing repairs, cavity barrier reinstatement, and membrane renewals.

• Subcontractor Management: Lead specialist sealant, mastic, and cladding contractors on site, ensuring work quality meets design specifications.-

• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous Test and Inspection Plans (TIPs), photo logs, and QA documentation for every repaired elevation.-

• Health andamp; Safety: Manage safe working at height (scaffolding, MEWPs, or rope access/abseiling), issue permits to work, and conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.

Candidate must have SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid
