External Works - Social Housing

Up to andpound;55,000 plus packageandnbsp;

Our Client, a leading construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division.

andnbsp;

Projects that are being delivered will be external plan maintenance projects to street properties across London . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered propoerties.andnbsp;

andnbsp;

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors andamp; direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre andamp; post inspections of works

Health andamp; safety andamp; quality checks

andnbsp;

My client are looking for someone with a roofing career background as well as strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering external planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
