Do you have a flair for creating detailed and accurate food product specifications? A leading food manufacturer in Northamptonshire is looking for a Specifications Technologist to join its thriving technical team. This is a key role at the centre of the business, with plenty of opportunity to make your mark and progress your career.

You will own the development and maintenance of product specifications for retail customers, making sure every detail is spot on. Your work will protect food safety compliance and meet customer expectations, playing a vital part in upholding the company's reputation for excellence. It is a role with real visibility, working alongside NPD, Technical and Commercial colleagues who rely on your accuracy to keep products moving.

To excel, you will bring previous experience writing B2B or retail specifications within the food industry, a sharp eye for detail and a thorough understanding of industry standards. You will also be a natural collaborator, comfortable building strong working relationships across teams.
