Job Description
Airmid are now recruiting for reliable compassionate- Support Workers in the Portsmouth area, for work supporting clients in Residential Settings in Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care
- Be proactive with managing behaviour andamp; de-escalation
- Ability to communicate clearly andamp; effectively through verbal andamp; written means.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team
- Must be able to maintain a high level of care
- Must be trained in Safety Intervention, PMVA, PBS or Control andamp; restraint
- Experienced in working with Learning Disabilities andamp; ASD
- Buccal Training andamp; PEG Training would also be beneficial although not essential
- Weekly pay andamp; accurate payroll

6+ months of personal care experience-(hospital, nursing home, or home care)
