Job Description
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant required
Pupil referral unit - Primary phase
Location: Lichfield
We're looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic people who believe in building positive relationships, having high expectations and making a genuine difference to the lives of young people
You'll be a motivator and a problem-solver, inspiring children to believe in themselves now and in the future. We need creative, proactive individuals who can think on their feet and help bring learning to life.
What We Are Looking For
Practical experience assisting learners with additional SEMH needs
Commitment to a long-term placement
Capable of staying composed in challenging situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils.
Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.
Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
