Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to andpound;47,000 Inc OTE DOE

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostic work.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work to a high standard
andmiddot;Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
andmiddot;Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required
andmiddot;Using modern diagnostic equipment to investigate vehicle faults
andmiddot;Completing repairs efficiently and in line with manufacturer and safety standards
andmiddot;Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timeframes
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation
andmiddot;Supporting and mentoring junior or developing Technicians where required
andmiddot;Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
andmiddot;Working closely with the wider aftersales and workshop team

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:
andmiddot;Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
andmiddot;A relevant Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
andmiddot;Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
andmiddot;The ability to carry out repairs to a high standard
andmiddot;A positive and proactive approach to work
andmiddot;Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
andmiddot;The ability to work effectively as part of a team
andmiddot;A willingness to continue learning and developing your technical skills
andmiddot;A full UK Driving Licence
Experience within a dealership or manufacturer environment would be advantageous, although strong automotive workshop experience will also be considered.
