Vehicle Delivery Driver

Job Description

Delta Personnel is looking for an experienced Vehicle Delivery-Driver to start work in and around Bristol, collecting and delivering cars,-immediately on a temporary basis.

• -13.72 per hour (9.5 hours paid per day)
• Monday to Friday
• 7am to 5pm
• Immediate start

This position is a key position within the business and one that will require you to see and speak to customers in a face-to-face setting for smart appearance is essential. The general job functions include collection and delivery of customer vehicles, processing and preparing vehicles to enter the workshop and returning them following their repair. Exceptional customer service is a must, and all duties should be completed in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Collecting and delivering vehicles and observing all highway laws including speed restrictions
• Inspecting vehicles and evaluating damage; taking clear photos throughout
• Completing all administrative duties in relation to your role
• Adhere to all areas of Health andamp; Safety and report any issues as a matter of urgency
• Follow company processes relating to car cleaning and imaging as vehicles will need to be cleaned on return to the site, whether that is by a car wash or by hand
• Performing all other ad hoc duties as allocated by the Bodyshop Manager
• Supply a positive and enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times

Skills and Knowledge:

• Full UK Car licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Manual andamp; Automatic-
• Computer / PDA / Phone literate
• Exceptional customer service skills
