We are currently sourcing a Warehouse / Customer Service Assistant to join our clientandrsquo;s team at a company near Witney. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining warehouse and customer service duties.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse / Customer Service Assistant:

andbull; Handling incoming and outgoing goods
andbull; Picking and packing customer orders
andbull; Loading and unloading deliveries
andbull; Checking stock levels and maintaining accurate records
andbull; Assisting with stock control and general warehouse duties
andbull; Processing customer orders and enquiries
andbull; Responding to customer queries by phone and email
andbull; Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
andbull; Preparing paperwork and updating systems
andbull; Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy and organised
andbull; Following company health and safety procedures
andbull; Supporting the wider team with general duties as required

Skills required as a Warehouse / Customer Service Assistant:

andbull; Previous warehouse and/or customer service experience is beneficial
andbull; Good communication and organisational skills
andbull; Good attention to detail
andbull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
andbull; Reliable, hardworking and punctual
andbull; Good computer skills
andbull; A positive and professional attitude
andbull; Own transport is essential due to the location
